We downloaded each file, resized it, and gave every one the same colour grade, deeper blacks and slightly cooler shadows, so the pages sit together. Those are changes to the original. Files under CC BY and CC BY-SA licences may be reused under the same terms, with credit to the photographer. Public domain and CC0 files carry no conditions, and we credit them anyway.
