Privacy notice
Short version: we do not track you. No cookies, no advertising, no social media embeds. The only form is the contact form.
[Draft. To be reviewed by a lawyer against Monaco Law n° 1.565 and, where it applies, the GDPR and UK GDPR, before launch]
Who is responsible
The data controller is the publisher: [Publisher details to be confirmed].
What this website collects
- Cookies: none. The site sets no cookies of its own, and loads no third-party scripts, fonts or embeds, except the spam check on the contact page.
- Analytics: none at present. If we add visitor statistics, we will use a cookieless service such as Cloudflare Web Analytics and update this page first. [Decision to be confirmed]
- Hosting: our host, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses in order to deliver and protect the site. [Retention period and transfer details to be confirmed]
- Contact form: if you send a message through the contact page, we receive your name, email address, subject and message by email, with the page you sent it from, your country and a one-way hash of your IP address. We use it only to reply and to deal with spam, keep a copy for up to a year, and never send automatic replies or marketing. The spam check is Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical data about your browser to tell people from bots; see Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy addendum.
- Newsletter: not yet open. Nobody can sign up and no addresses are collected.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, through the contact page. You can also complain to the data protection authority: in Monaco this is the APDP (apdp.mc). [Supervisory authority for EU and UK readers to be confirmed]
